This document is a public offer (quotation) from the individual entrepreneur “Skoropisseva Olga Valerovna” (hereinafter referred to as the “seller”, “agent”, “CHINNI CLASS” MCHJ “online store), located at www.CHINNICLASSIC.com (hereinafter referred to as the” website “), and includes terms and conditions for selling gifts and/or booking services (impressions).
According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, payment for an order means full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms and conditions of this offer. Please carefully read the terms and conditions before placing an order.
1. Terminology and definitions
1.1. “Quotation” refers to this document published on the website.
1.2. “Seller/Agent” is a company called “CHINNI CLASS” MCHJ “that sells certificates through its website.
1.3. “Partners/Contractors” – Third parties (organizations/IP/self-employed individuals) who actually provide services to clients.
1.4. “Customer/Buyer” – The person who places an order and makes payment on the website.
1.5. “Recipient” refers to the person to whom the customer issued the certificate (if different from the customer).
1.6. “Service/Impression” – The services provided by the performer based on the certificate (flight, master class, mission, etc.).
1.7. “Certificate” – Electronic or paper documents/codes confirming the recipient’s right to obtain services from the contractor.
1.8. “Order” – a request to purchase a certificate and/or book a service on the website.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The seller sells the certificate and arranges for the information to be transmitted to the contractor for the provision of services.
2.2. The actual services provided shall be provided by the contractor. Unless otherwise specified on the website, the seller is not the direct executor of the service.
2.3. Service description, price, terms and conditions, restrictions, security requirements, seasonality, and other rules are listed on the website and form part of this quotation.
2.4. The seller has the right to modify the offer price. The new version takes effect from the date of release and applies to orders published after release.
3. Offer theme
3.1. The seller undertakes to provide the certificate to the customer (or receiver), and the customer undertakes to pay the certificate in accordance with this offer.
3.2. The certificate grants the recipient the right to receive services from the contractor within the amount paid and the conditions specified on the website/certificate.
3.3. The seller has the right to represent and accept payments on behalf of the performing party, and retain agency fees (commissions) in accordance with the contract with the performing party.
4. Ordering Procedure
4.1. In order to place an order, the customer selects services on the website, fills in necessary data, and makes payment in an affordable manner.
4.2. After payment, the customer will receive the certificate electronically (via email/courier/personal account) or through other means specified on the website.
4.3. Customers must provide reliable contact information. The seller shall not be held responsible for the inability to deliver the certificate due to data errors.
4.4. If there is suspicion of fraudulent behavior or violation of the offer terms, the seller has the right to refuse the order.
5. Payment and Fees
5.1. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of certificates/services will be expressed on the website in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (SUM).
5.2. Unless otherwise specified, 100% prepayment is required.
5.3. Payment time refers to the funds received by the seller’s settlement account/payment system.
5.4. When making payments, banks/payment systems may charge commissions based on their rates.
6. Obtain certificate services
6.1. In order to receive the service, the recipient must register in advance according to the rules specified in the website/certificate.
6.2. The certificate is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the specific service description.
6.3. The certificate may contain restrictions (age, health status, weight, weather conditions, dress code requirements, etc.). The recipient must read before recording.
6.4. If there are objective safety reasons or if the recipient violates behavioral rules, the contractor has the right to refuse to provide services.
6.5. If the service requires compliance with security requirements, the recipient must follow the instructions of the contractor. Failure to comply with instructions may result in refusal to provide services without compensating the contractor for actual costs (within legal limits).
6.6. Certificates are not currency, securities, or monetary obligations and cannot be exchanged for cash or non cash.
6.7. According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the requirements of Article 9 of this offer, only the buyer (the person paying the order) has the right to request a refund of the funds for the certificate. The transferee of the certificate (if different from the buyer) has no right to request a refund unless expressly provided by law.
6.8. The activation certificate (reservation/registration service) must be completed within 10 (ten) calendar days prior to the required service date, unless otherwise specified in the specific service description.
6.9. The service date may be changed within 2 (two) days prior to the agreed date/time. Unless otherwise specified in specific service terms, each certificate can be transferred up to two times.
6.10. Upon the expiration of the certificate, the assignee shall no longer be entitled to the services under the certificate. Unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and/or specific service terms on the website, the certificate will be deemed invalid (for example, the possibility of renewal with consent).
7. Code of Conduct for Customers/Recipients
7.1. The consignee promises:
Arrive at the agreed time and place on time;
-Bring the certificate (code/number) and identification documents (if necessary);
-Comply with safety regulations, instructions from executors, and legal requirements;
-Avoid taking actions that endanger the lives and health of participants;
-Not in an alcohol/anesthesia state;
Respect the executing personnel and other participants.
7.2. It is prohibited to illegally use certificates, transfer certificates in violation of the law, or engage in fraudulent activities.
7.3. Customers/receivers are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with behavioral rules.
8. Transfer, cancellation, and force majeure
8.1. According to the rules in the specific service description, the service date can be changed.
8.2. The contractor has the right to reschedule/cancel services due to reasons beyond the control of both parties, such as weather, technical issues, safety restrictions, etc.
8.3. If the contractor voluntarily cancels, the customer/receiver will be required to change the date. If it cannot be transferred, it can be returned according to the provisions of Section 9.
8.4. In the event of force majeure, the parties shall be exempt from liability.
9. Certificate return and exchange
9.1. Refunds shall be made under the circumstances and procedures prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as under the conditions of this quotation and specific services.
9.2. Prior to providing services, customers have the right to request refunds or exchange certificates through the designated contact person on the website.
9.3. The seller shall review the application and provide a response within a reasonable time, but no later than 7 working days.
9.4. After confirming the refund, unless otherwise specified by the payment system/bank, the funds should be refunded by payment method.
9.5. If the service has already been provided – refunds can only be issued upon confirmation of service quality/scope violations or other legal reasons.
9.6. If the certificate is partially used (e.g. providing partial services/paying contractor fees), the refund will take into account actual expenses (within legal scope).
9.7. The commission deducted by the bank/payment system at the time of payment may not be refunded, as long as it is regulated by the relevant organization’s rules and does not violate the law.
10. Responsibilities of the parties involved
10.1. The seller is responsible for the correct issuance and transfer of certificates, as well as payment processing.
10.2. The contractor is responsible for the quality, safety, and actual provision of services.
10.3. The seller shall not be held responsible for the inability to provide services due to the recipient’s violation of security rules, provision of false information, or other actions.
10.4. Unless otherwise provided by law, the total liability of the seller under this offer shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant certificates.
11. Personal Information
11.1. When placing an order, the customer agrees that the seller will process their personal data for the purpose of placing the order, issuing certificates, communicating, and fulfilling obligations.
11.2. The seller has the right to provide the contractor with customer/recipient data within the scope required for providing services.
11.3. The seller shall take measures to protect personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
12. Validity period of the offer
12.1. The quotation is valid indefinitely until withdrawn by the seller.
12.2. The certificate retail sales contract shall come into effect from the date of acceptance of the offer (order payment).
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1. The order of claims is preferable. Customers have the right to send applications through the contact person on the website.
13.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be subject to judicial review in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
