This document regulates the use of gift vouchers and cash refunds sold by individual entrepreneur “CHINNI CLASS” MCHJ “through www.CHINNICLASSIC.com, and is an integral part of the public quotation.<\/p>\n
1. Legal status of certificates
\n1.1. The gift voucher confirms that the payment for future services has been prepaid.
\n1.2. The certificate is not a security, electronic currency, or independent payment method.
\n1.3. Obtaining the certificate means that the buyer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions as well as the public offer.
\n1.4. Cash is recorded as a prepayment for services.<\/p>\n
2. Validity period
\n2.1. The certificate is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of self payment.
\n2.2. At the expiration of the deadline, the obligations of the executor shall terminate.
\n2.3. After the expiration of the validity period, the certificate will be revoked and the funds will not be refunded.
\n2.4. The extension of the deadline is entirely at the discretion of the perpetrator.<\/p>\n
3. Transfer and Use
\n3.1. The certificate can be transferred to a third party.
\n3.2. The person presenting the certificate is considered the legitimate holder of the certificate.
\n3.3. This service must be pre booked.
\n3.4. Failure to notify absence 24 hours in advance shall be deemed as a refusal of service.
\n3.5. If the service cannot be provided due to weather, technology, or other reasons beyond the control of the contractor, the date will be changed.<\/p>\n
4. Cancellation and Transfer Conditions
\n4.1. Transfer can be made with 24-hour advance notice.
\n4.2. Re transfer must be agreed upon by both parties.
\n4.3. Long term carry over can be a reason for refusing an extension.<\/p>\n
5. Refund
\n5.1. The right to request a refund belongs entirely to the buyer.
\n5.2. Refunds are possible before providing services, but actual expenses incurred (bank fees, payment fees, manufacturing fees, delivery fees, booking fees, and other document confirmation fees) will be retained.
\n5.3. After providing high-quality service, no refunds will be issued.
\n5.4. Returns should be made within 10 (ten) calendar days after the return decision is made.
\n5.5. Certificate expiration is a reason for refusal to return.<\/p>\n
6. Refuse refund
\n6.1. The seller has the right to refuse to return non attendance, violate cancellation terms, violate safety rules, provide incorrect data, or abuse their rights.
\n6.2. Changes in personal circumstances are not unconditional reasons for returns.<\/p>\n
7. Force Majeure
\n7.1. In the event of force majeure (adverse weather conditions, restrictions imposed by state institutions, emergency situations, and other events beyond the control of the perpetrator), the perpetrator shall be exempt from liability.<\/p>\n
8. Limitation of Liability
\n8.1. The liability of the performing party is limited to the amount paid for the certificate.
\n8.2. Unless otherwise provided by law, the perpetrator shall not be liable for indirect losses and loss of profits.<\/p>\n
9. Dispute Resolution
\n9.1. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
\n9.2. The response time for written claims is 10 working days.
\n9.3. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be heard in the court where the executor is registered.<\/p>\n
10. Final terms
\n10.1. This policy is part of the public quotation and applies to all orders.
